Field Service Engineer
Key Responsibilities:
- Owning grid for any product issues and commissioning assistance.
- Owning installation and commissioning for new projects and delivering benefits.
- Sustaining the uptime of boilers and boiler efficiency systems
- Provide technical support and services to customers, both on-site and remotely.
- Conduct installations, commissioning, and maintenance of Forbes Marshall products.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment issues, offering timely and effective solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver excellent customer service.
- Generate accurate reports on service activities, documenting findings and recommendations.
- Stay updated with the latest technological advancements and product developments.
- Hands on experience & Troubleshooting of Flow meters / Gas Analyzer / Dust Analyzer / Control valves / Liquid Analyzers etc.
- To Handle the Commissioning & Troubleshooting of Forbes Marshall Products like Boiler ,
- Pressure Reducing Station , Temperature Control Valve , Condensate Recovery System , Steam Traps , Flow Meter , Analytical Products , etc.
Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Instrumentation Engineering
Key Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of industrial equipment and systems.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel to customer sites as required.
Work Experience: 3-5 years
